Building Our Company Website with Vibe Coding
SaeA-ICT shipped its official corporate site rapidly in-house using an AI vibe coding workflow (Claude Code, Cursor). A real case of delivering a production Next.js full-stack site with multilingual support, an admin RTE, and self-hosted deployment in a fraction of traditional time.
We have completely revamped the old cafe24-based website that we have been running for 5 years. The core driving force was the AI Vibe Coding workflow — a decisive factor that enabled us to build a full-stack site in a short period of time with in-house personnel without outsourcing.

Tech Stack:
We mainly use Next.js 16(App Router) + Tailwind CSS 3.4 + MS-SQL Server, and adopted CKEditor 5 for RTE, Auth.js v5 (2FA TOTP) for administrator authentication, and Gemini 2.0 Flash for multilingual translation. The server is running as a Docker container in Synology NAS DSM 7.2 Container Manager.
Development Method:
Using Claude Code as the main agent, we repeatedly proceeded with natural language conversations from requirements elicitation → architecture design → code writing → debugging → deployment automation. The role of humans is focused on decision-making and verification, and AI quickly produced areas with a lot of repetitive writing (API routes, form handlers, DB migration scripts, Docker settings, etc.).
Key Deliverables:
• Hero keyword network animation (SVG-based 24 nodes, 4 category colors)
• Administrator RTE that can edit Korean/English simultaneously — CKEditor 5 + image/table + color palette, font size, alignment, etc. full control of inline styles
• Gemini AI translation button — Automatically converts one panel of HTML into another language while preserving markup and emphasis colors
• News / Featured Works bulletin board module — GNUBoard style CRUD, temporary save/post toggle, image upload, slug auto-generation
• Auth.js v5 based administrator login + 2FA TOTP + password rotation
The operating environment setup was also completed with AI collaboration. We solved Synology's unique operational issues such as system nginx and 80/443 port occupancy conflicts, Web Station vhost priority, and nginx reload after Let's Encrypt certificate auto-renewal in a textbook manner following manual verification + guide. As a result, https://saeaict.com as a whole and the DSM management portal (https://file.saeaict.com) are both operating normally with a lock icon.
Quantitative Indicators:
Compared to outsourcing a site of the same size, it was completed in-house at about 1/10 of the development period and about 1/6 of the cost. More importantly, all code and infrastructure remain in-house, so future feature additions/modifications can be made immediately using the same workflow.
Based on this experience, SaeA-ICT is applying the same vibe coding workflow as a standard procedure in the development of customer's H/W, S/W, and AI solutions.
